Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may only be offered at our discretion if the product arrives incorrect or damaged. Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@fixionfuel.com 

 

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of sterile, research-grade products, all sales from Fixion Fuel are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products

  • Items cannot be restocked once they leave our controlled environment

  • Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved return requests may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Fixion Fuel reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions
